摘　　要：伴随着矿山开发进程,我国矿山环境问题日益凸现。我国可以采用源头控制、过程优化和末端治理相结合的方式,摒弃西方先污染、后治理的传统模式,建立新型矿山环境保护和管理策略。在保护矿产资源的基础上,运用环境法学手段控制矿山环境日益恶化,采用环境管理手段修复矿山环境。With the developing process of mining, environmental issues in mines has become more and more apparent in China. Source control, process optimization and terminal treatment are taken integration to protect mining environment. Traditional tragedies of western counties of “restoration after destruction” can be abandoned. Moreover, new types of mining environmental protections should be built up. According to the environmental laws and environmental managements, based on the preservations of mineral resources, environmental laws are used to control environmental pollution and environmental managements are utilized for mine environment restoring.
