摘　　要：讨论各种通讯手段的优劣,论述即时通讯软件,社交网络服务,个人信息管理软件各类通讯软件的发展状况,功能和特点。分析现有通讯软件在应用中存在的功能性和系统可靠性问题,提出可能的解决方案。对通讯软件发展做出预测和展望。Discussed advantages and disadvantages of several communication methods.Discussed the development,functionalities,and features of instant messaging software,social networking service,and personal information management software.Discussed development trends of instant messaging software.At last,discussed issues of functionality and system reliability problems concerning application of communication software,then proposed several possible solutions.Finally discussed possible development trends of future communication software.
