摘  要:以9份北方选系和8份南方选系,按NCII设计组配72个杂交种,分别在北京和雅安两个日照长度环境下进行田间试验,比较分析我国南、北方玉米自交系间杂交种的单株产量以及各系单株产量配合力在两种日照条件下的表现。结果表明,两种日照条件下均有部分杂交种表现出较高的单株产量水平和对照杂种优势,"北方系×南方系"这一组配模式不仅可在南方玉米区利用,也可利用于北方玉米区玉米育种。多数自交系的产量配合力在两种日照长度环境下表现不一致,具有不稳定性;YA8210、18-599、7922等自交系有较高的、稳定的单株产量配合力表现;YA8201为具有新颖种质的热带种质自交系,有较高的研究和利用价值。According to NC Ⅱ genetic mating design,72 template-tropical hybrids were made by crossing between 9 northern lines and 8 southern lines. Then the grain weight per plant of 72 template-tropical hybrids and grain weight per plant combining ability of each line were analyzed baaed on field experiments conducted in Beijing and Ya'an. The results showed that there were some hybrids that had high level yield and heterosis. This showed that the cross model of ‘northern lines × southern lines' not only could be utilized in south corn belt of China ,but also be utilized in north corn belt of China. The yield combining ability of most lines were unstable and represented differently in two sun shining length conditions;the lines, such as YA8210,18599,7922 had higher and stable grain weight per plant combining ability; YA8201 was a novel tropical germplnsma line and had higher value in maize breeding research and utilization.
