后海穴免疫与常规免疫奶牛乳腺炎三联灭活苗的效力比较

摘　　要：以荷斯坦奶牛为试验动物,分别在后海穴、臀肌和皮下接种乳腺炎灭活疫苗,比较其免疫效力,结果显示后海穴免疫首先能节省疫苗用量,同时还可以提前产生免疫力,显著提高血清中的抗体水平(P<0.01);其次,接种疫苗时因针刺穴位的作用,显著提高了血液中的白细胞总数和淋巴细胞数,增强了免疫细胞的功能;最后显著降低乳汁中的体细胞数(P<0.01)。A more effective and more convenient immunity route was found by the immunity effectiveness comparisons of Houhai point inoculation and conventional inoculation of the triple inactived vaccine of dairy cattle mastitis. The healthy Holstein dairy cattle in the mid-lactation were included in this experiment. By the immunity effectiveness comparisons of Houhai point inoculation ,intramuscular inoculation and subcutaneous inoculation of this vaccine,the results showed that firstly,the group of Houhai point inoculation could save the dosage of the vaccine,produce the firm immunity in advance and significanfly improve（P 〈0.01 ） the specific antihedy in serum. Second,the group of Houhai point inoculation significantly improved the numbers of the white blood cells and the pereents of lymphocytes and the functions of the immunocyte by the functions of acupuncture. Finally, the group of Houhai point inoculation significantly reduced the somatic cell counts of the milk samples （ P 〈 0. 01 ）.
