摘  要:采用随机扩增多态性DNA标记技术对澳洲鸵鸟20个个体进行了遗传变异分析,从60个随机引物中筛选出17个多态性丰富的引物,并对其所有个体的总基因组DNA进行了PCR扩增,结果17条引物共产生103种扩增片段,其中共有片段13条,多态片段90条,平均每条引物的扩增带数为6.06,各引物多态性片段范围在2—9,多态频率在40%-100%。表明澳洲鸵鸟的遗传多样性较丰富。The random amplified polymorphic DNA marker was used to analyze genetic variation of 20 Australia ostriches in this study. Genome DNA was amplified with 17 polymorphic random primers which were picked out from 60 random primers. 103 bands were assayed,of which 90 bands were polymorphic,only 13 bands was common to all individual ,and every primer had 6.06 bands on average and the fragment number was in between 2 -9, frequenciy of polymorphic bands was between 40 % - 100 %. The results indicated that the genetic diversity of African black ostrich was rich.
