摘  要:本实验应用近红外光谱分析技术(NIRS)测试了46个四川生态区稳定甘蓝型油菜品系籽粒芥酸、硫苷和粗脂肪含量,并将测试结果分别与相应精确测试方法所测结果进行比较。结果显示:NIRS法测试甘蓝型油菜籽粒中芥酸、硫苷和粗脂肪含量与气相色谱法测芥酸、液相色谱法测硫苷、索氏抽提法测粗脂肪含量间差异不显著(未达5%显著水平),相关关系极显著(达1%显著水平),其关系可通过线性回归方程表示。说明NIRS法分析甘蓝型油菜籽粒品质快速、高效、结果可靠,可用于甘蓝型油菜大批量育种材料的初步筛选。Erucic acid,giucosinolate and rude fat contents in Brassica napus seeds of 46 Brassica napus L. lines in Sichuan ecological region were determined by near-infrared spectroscopy ( NlRS ) on a near-infrared grain analyzer,and the results were compared with gas chromatography method for erucic acid, liquid chromatography method for glucosinolates and Soxhlet method for rude fat content, respectively. The difference in results between NlRS and accurate method was not significant ( lower than 5 percent level ). The correlation coefficients of teated values by the two methods were at 1 percent significant level. The relationship could be described with a linear regressive formula. Based on the results,we concluded that near-infiared spectroscopy was a quick,efficient and reliable screenings of rapeseeds for breeding selection.
