摘  要:[目的]了解我市农村儿童伤害干预的重点领域,为下一步工作提供依据。[方法]按照《全国伤害监测工作手册(2005)》要求开展监测,所有监测数据统一录入全国伤害监测管理软件。[结果]儿童伤害病例的年度高发期主要在1、3、4和8月;伤害发生前5位原因为跌倒/坠落(44.3%)、机动车车祸(13.8%)、钝器伤(13.2%)、动物伤(12.0%)、刀/锐器伤(5.2%),但各性别、各年龄组主要伤害原因不同(P=0.000);伤害发生地点主要是家中37.3%、学校与公共场所24.7%、公路/街道22.9%;63.8%的伤害发生时儿童处于休闲活动;93.2%为意外事故;头部、四肢是主要损害部位。[结论]儿童伤害是影响儿童身心健康的主要因素,该市应采用多部门合作的方式,有针对性地开展农村儿童伤害的干预。[Objective] To study the key fields of injury intervention on children at the age of 0 to 14 years children in rural areas in Panzhihua, and to provide basis for the following work. [Methods] The surveillance were performed according to the requirement of ‘The notebook of injury surveillance in China (2005)'. All data was input in Manage Software of Injury Surveillance of China. [Results] The high risk months of injury happened in a year were January, March. April and August. The top 5 causes for injury happened were falls (44.3%), traffic accident (13.8%), blunt force injury (13.2%), animal injury (12.0%) and knife/Sharp-Edged instrument injury. But the main cause of injury was different among sex groups and age groups (P = 0.000). Injury. mainly took place in children's home (37.3%) , school/public places (24.7%) and road/street (22.9%) and 63.8% of these children we were surveillant injured in the recreation activities. 93.2% of injuries were happened in accidents. Head and the four limbs were the main damaged pairs. [Conclusion] Injury is the main factor influencing the physical and mental health of children. Multi-departments cooperation should be taken to carry out pertinent intervention of injury in children.
