变应原皮肤点刺试验对儿童变应性鼻炎及相关疾病的防治意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨变应原皮肤点刺试验对儿童变应性鼻炎及相关疾病的防治意义。[方法]回顾性分析2006年2月～2007年2月间110例儿童变应性鼻炎患者变应原皮肤点刺试验临床资料。[结果]变应原皮肤点刺试验阳性率依次为屋尘螨69例(62.73%)、粉尘螨63例(57.27%)、热带螨38例(34.55%)、德国小蠊14例(12.73%)、狗毛10例(9.09%)、猫毛7例(6.36%)、霉菌I组5例(4.55%)、花粉IV组5例(4.55%)、霉菌IV组2例(1.82%)、艾蒿1例(0.91%)、豚草1例(0.91%);其中变应性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘阳性率89.47%(17/19),变应性鼻炎伴气道高反应咳嗽阳性率84.00%(21/25),变应性鼻炎伴眼结膜炎阳性率77.78%(7/9)。[结论]变应原皮肤点刺试验安全可靠、迅速敏感,可为儿童变应性鼻炎及其相关疾病的防治提供科学依据。[Objective] To probe the significance on Skin Prick Test for prevention and cure in children allergic rhinitis and correlated disease. [ Methods] A retrospective study on clinical data was carried out among the 110 cases of children allergic rhinitis performing SPT during February in 2006 to February in 2007. [ Results] The percentage of patients with positive skin tests were as follow： Dermatoph.pteronyssinus （62.73%） , Dermatoph. farinae （57.27%）. Blomia Tropicalis （34.55%） , Biatella Germanica （ 12.73% ）, Canis Familiaris （Dog） （9.09%）, Felis omesticus （Cat） （6.36%）, Mould Mix I （4.55%）, Pollens IV （Grass Mix）（4.55%）, Mould Mix IV （1.82%）, Artemisia Vulgaris （0.91%）, Ambrosia Artemisifoha （0.9i%）： Among them, it was seen that 89.47% of allergic rhinitis children being with bronchial asthma, 84% allergic rhinitis children with airway hypersensitive cough, 77.8% allergic rhir,itis children with conjunctivitis have positive SPT. [Conclusion] SPT have the characteristic of being safe, reliable, quick responding and effective. It can offer scientific evidence for prevention and cure in children allergic rhinitis and correlated disease.
