摘　　要：目的研究多爪钳夹式脊柱内固定器用于腰椎假性滑脱的疗效。方法采用多爪钳夹式脊柱内固定器治疗腰椎假性滑脱11例。结果经1—3年随访，根据侯树勋等的疗效评定标准，优6例，良4例，可1例。结论多爪钳夹式脊柱内固定器用于治疗腰椎假性滑脱具有手术时间短、创伤小、并发症少、医疗费用低、疗效好等优点。Objective To study the curative effect of multiclaw cliplike spinal fixator （MCSF） on lumbar pseudospondylolisthesis. Methods Eleven patients with lumbar pseudospondylolisthesis were treated with MCSF. Results All the cases were followed up from 1 to 3 years. The result was excellent in six, good in four, and so - so in one patient（s）. No patient appeared worse. Conclusion MCSF has the advantage such as simple manipulation, minor surgical injury, and economical and excellent outcome.
