摘　　要：本文介绍了单片机顺序控制器的硬件和软件结构,简述了C7632型液压半自动机床的工作原理,并以顺序控制器为控制核心设计了该机床的电气控制系统,实现了对设备的工艺控制,满足了工艺动作要求;系统具有可靠性高、成本低、易现场编程调试及维护方便的特点。This paper introduces the hardware and software structure of sequential controller based on single - chip microcomputer. The working principle of the hydraulic and semiautomatic machine tool C7632 is discussed, and the electric control system of the machine is designed on the basis of the sequential controller. The system realizes technical control to the machine, meets the technical requirement. The system has characteristics of high reliability, low cost, easy programming and debugging in field, convenient maintenance.
