摘　　要：坚持党员主体性建设作为党内民主建设的重要内容,必须始终按照"党的性质、宗旨"来进行,必须始终围绕"党所处的历史方位、所担负的历史使命和所要实现的奋斗目标"来展开,必须始终立足"新世纪、新阶段和新形势下新情况、新问题的出现"的现实来突破,必须始终朝着"保持党的先进性,加强和改进党的执政能力建设,不断推进党的建设新的伟大工程"来加强。Regarding the subject of the construction of inner-party democracy, the party member＇s subjectivity building must adhere to the character and aim of the Chinese communist party,must move around the party＇s historical position, historical mission and struggle objective,must base upon the reality of the new problems under the new situation and strengthen the following two aspects, keeping the advance of the party ,strengthening the party＇s construction of administration ability.
