摘　　要：卫生法制教育是提升医疗机构人员法律素质重要途径,但目前医疗机构卫生法制教育状况不容乐观。本文在分析医疗机构卫生法制教育阻却因素的基础上,从指导原则和应对策略两方面论述如何凸现这些机构卫生法制教育的作用,从而推进卫生事业健康发展。Health law education is an important approach to promote the legal merits of the staff in medical institutions. But it had some issues of health law education in medical institute. Based on the issues of health law education, the principles and strategy of health law education in medical institute were presented to promote health care development.
