摘　　要：着重从侵入岩区矿床地质特征,分析侵入岩区磁铁矿床地质成因,并提出在该岩区深部找矿的必要性。Based on geological features of ore body in intrusion rock zone, the geological cause of magnetite body formation and the necessity of searching out ore body in deep part of this zone are analyzed.
