超声诊断胎儿颈部淋巴囊肿并胸腹水一例

摘　　要：胎儿淋巴囊肿是一种较少见的胎儿畸形,是由于淋巴系统梗阻所致。超声筛查能早期检测出此种畸形,及早终止妊娠,从而减轻孕妇痛苦以及经济、社会负担,有利于优生优育。The embryo lymph cyst is one kind of rarer embryo subnormal because the lymphatic system obstruction. Supersonic sieves looks up can pick out this kind of abnormality early time, terminated the pregnancy, reduces the pregnant woman pain and the economy or the social burden, it is advantageous to optimum methods of childbearing and child-rearing.
