摘 要:目的探讨在个人计算机上对髋臼骨折进行虚拟术前手术设计的可行性和临床应用价值。方法对8例髋臼骨折进行虚拟手术设计,将髋臼骨折.dicom格式CT数据导入Mimics软件,进行图像分割,将每个骨块变成一个单独个体并被指定颜色,建立骨折三维模型并进行虚拟复位,将.stl格式复位模型导入3D Studio Max,并构建合适重建钢板,根据钢板放置位置选择合适长度钢板,塑形固定。根据钢板长度、放置位置、螺钉数量来对比虚拟计划与手术情况是否匹配。结果髋臼骨折内固定方式的虚拟手术设计均与术中实际情况基本相符。结论计算机辅助虚拟手术设计对髋臼骨折术前计划制定有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical value of computer-assisted preoperative design for acetabular fractures based on three-dimensional reconstruction of CT scanning dat. Methods Virtual preoperative planning was performed for 8 fractured acetabula. CT data in . dicom format of real acetabular fractures were imported into Mimics. In segmentation process each fracture fragment became a separate object and was assigned a specific color. Then the 3D model was built to perform simulated reduction. The reduced model in . stl format was transferred into 3D Studio Max to determine an appropriate reconstruction plate in a suitable place. Next the moulding and fixation of the plate was conducted. The virtual preoperative design on the 3D model was compared with real operation in terms of the plate length, fixation position and number of screws. Results Virtual preoperative design matched well with real operation. Condusion Computer-assisted preoperative design for acetabular fractures is clinically feasible and useful.
