星斑川鲽仔、稚、幼鱼的形态发育与生长

摘　　要：为了摸清星斑川鲽仔、稚、幼鱼各期形态发育特征，2006年4—7月在实验室利用显微数码摄像系统，通过电脑显示屏观察、测量、拍摄记录星斑川鲽胚后发育形态变化。培育水温14．0～19．5℃，S27～31，光照度500lx左右，饵料依次为经过强化的轮虫、卤虫无节幼体和配合饲料。星斑川鲽初孵仔鱼全长1．80～2．08mm，1日龄仔鱼平均全长2．89mm；3日龄开始摄食；5日龄卵黄囊吸收完毕进入后仔鱼期；15～16日龄全长8．84mm，开始伏底变态进入稚鱼期；20日龄全长10．12mm，稚鱼右眼完全迂移至左侧，变态完成营底栖生活进入幼鱼期。星斑川鲽仔鱼变态发生日龄与培育水温有关，在12～15℃需24～27d；15～16℃需18～20d；17～19℃需15d。开始变态仔鱼全长9mm，变态完成时全长11mm。幼鱼期鳞被形成，基本具有成鱼的外部形态和习性。The post embryonic morphological development of starry flounder was observed, measured and recorded by a microcinematographic system during April to July, 2006 to find out the morphological development characteristics in different stages of larval and juvenile fish of starry flounder, and the rearing conditions were water temperature of 14 to 19℃, salinity of 27 to 31, illumination of about 500 lx and feeds of rotifer, artemia nauplii and compound feeds successively. The total length of newly hatched larval fish was 1.80 to 2.08 mm, larval fish started eating at 3-day age, and larval fish had absorbed the yolk sac 4 days after hatching to come into the postlarval stage; the fry had a total length of 8.84 mm 15 to 16 days after hatching and started bottom living to develop into juvenile fish stage; the total length of juvenile fish was 1.80 to 2.08 mm, larval fish started eating at 3-day age, and larval fish had absorbed the yolk sac 4 days after hatching to come into the postlarval stage; the fry had a total length of 8.84 mm 15 to 16 days after hatching and started bottom living to develop into juvenile fish stage; the total length of juvenile fish was 10 to 12 mm 20 days after hatching and its right eye moved to the left side to accomplish the metamorphism. The metamorphism age of juvenile fish was related with water temperature, it took 24 to 27 days for metamorphism at water temperature of 12 to 15℃, 18 to 20 days at 15 to 16℃, and 15 days at 17 to 19℃. The total length of juvenile fish was 9 mm at the beginning of metamorphism and 11 mm at the end of metamorphism. The fish scales had been formed in the juvenile stage and the juvenile fish had basic external shape and habits of adult fish.
