摘　　要：马克思主义国际关系思想既一脉相承又与时俱进。"和谐世界"思想把中国自身的发展与人类共同进步联系在一起,既充分利用世界和平发展带来的机遇发展自己,又以自身的发展更好地维护世界和平、促进共同发展,实际上就是把中国置于和谐世界中和谐发展。The thought of Marxist intemational relations advances with times.The thought of building a ＂harmonious world＂ closely combines China＇s own development with mankind＇s common progress.It not only takes fully the opportunity of the peaceful intemational environment to develop China itself,but also in turn achieves a better maintenance of world peace and promotion of common development,So it is actually brings China a harmonious development in a harmonious world.
