摘 要:目的研究在不掺防冻剂、低温条件下养护制度对混凝土收缩率以及强度的影响.方法采用恒低温及自然变低温养护,测定在不同龄期混凝土的收缩率及强度值.结果在-5℃,-10℃,-15℃3种恒低温及5^-15℃自然变低温养护条件下混凝土的收缩率均小于标准养护混凝土的收缩率,密封养护均小于敞开养护混凝土的收缩率,自然变低温养护混凝土的收缩率增长速率不大,且自然变低温养护混凝土的强度发展要明显优于恒低温养护混凝土.结论变低温养护比恒低温养护更接近于实际施工条件,有利于减小混凝土的收缩率,提高混凝土的耐久性.Research is about the effects of curing condition on the shrinkage ratio and compressive strength of low-temperature concrete without antifreeze. Using artificial freezing ( - 5℃. - 10℃ - - 15℃ ) and natural freezing (5-- - 15℃ ) method tests the shrinkage ratio and the compressive strength of low-temperature concrete at different age. The result shows that the shrinkage ratio of concrete under artificial freezing and natural freezing is lower than that of the standard cured condition and the shrinkage ratio of concrete with opened cured condihon is higher than the sealed cured condition. The shrinkage ratio of concrete under natural freezing increased little and the compressive strength of natural freezing concrete is better than the concrete under artificial freezing. It shows that natural freezing (5-- - 15℃ ) method is better than artificial freezing curing and the method of natural freezing cured can reduce the shrinkage ratio of concrete and im- prove the resistance of concrete.
