摘　　要：通过对激光清洗机中的出光部分进行分析,利用光纤输出的固体激光器,设计了一种手持式光学聚焦系统,该设备可以通过光学系统来进行调焦,聚焦光束可以在人手或微机的控制下移动,实现在较长时间、较细线宽条件下对工件进行清洗等功能,尤其可以对某些工件的特殊位置进行清洗,这是常规方法所不易实现的.并提出了一些优化的方案,为下一步实验奠定了基础.Based on accurately analyzing the light emitting part of the laser washing machine, a portable optical focusing system is designed by selecting a solid laser source with the output optical fiber. The system can focus the light beam by hand or computer to achieve the washing function under the conditions of long time and relatively short line-width, especially useful for some special positions of work pieces which is hard to complete by general ways. And some optimizing approaches are put forward for the next imorovement.
