摘  要:为了解决以本动物效检乳牛衣原体病灭活疫苗成本高的问题,用11批乳牛衣原体病灭活疫苗做乳牛效力试验时同步做小鼠效力试验,除第3批次疫苗的本动物效检结果与小鼠效检结果略有差异外,其他批次疫苗的效检结果均一致。结果表明,用小鼠做牛衣原体灭活疫苗的效检动物模型是可行的。In order to reduce high cost of potency test for the inactivated vaccine against dairy cow chlamydiosis,target animal dairy cows and mice were inoculated with various doses of 11 batches of the inactivated vaccines,respectively,and then they were challenged with Chlamydia psittaci virulent strain SX5 on day 21 post-vaccination. The results showed that 10 of 11 batches of the target animal potency tests were consistent with mice potency tests, with the exception of the batch 3 in which there was very little difference. So it is feasible to use mice for assaying potency of the inactivated vaccine against dairy cow chlamydiosis,thus replacing target animal dairy cow.
