摘　　要：目的探讨和总结19例经皮腔内血管成形及支架植入术（PTAS）治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的并发症观察及护理。方法术前行全脑血管造影术，必要时根据血管的狭窄程度及长度行血管内支架植入术。结果所有患者均随访，期限6个月。发生肺部感染1例，高灌注综合征1例，继发性脑出血1例，均及时发现并处理后治愈。结论通过病情观察及护理措施以减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。Objective To explore and summary the observation and nursing intervention for complications of ischemic cerebral vascular diseases after percutaneons transluminal angioplasty and stent implantation （PTAS） in 19 cases. Methods The endovascula stent implantation was done according to degree and length of vassular stenosis after aortocranial angiography. Results All the patients were follow up during the 6 months. There are one case with pulmonary infection, one case with hypertransfusion syndrome and one case with secondary cerebral hemorrhage after endovaseula stent implantation, but all were healing well after complications treatment in time. Conclusion Observation condition of patients and nursing intervention promptly can reduce postoperative complications to elevate achievement ratio of operation.
