眼球摘除患者焦虑抑郁的原因分析与护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨眼球摘除患者焦虑的程度，分析其原因并探索有效的护理干预。方法对32例因各种原因需要眼球摘除患者，术前采用医院焦虑抑郁量表（HAD）进行测评，并采取相应的护理干预，出院前2d复查HAD得分。结果患者在心理治疗和心理干预后，HAD有明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论提示针对眼球摘除患者的心理进行分析，及时做好心理护理干预，可减轻其焦虑心理。Objective To explore the anxiety level of eyeball extraction patients, analyze the cause of anxiety and study the effective nursing intervention. Methods 32 patients needed to extract eyeball were assessed using the hospital anxiety and depression scale （ HAD）, the corresponding nursing intervention was performed for them, the HAD score was checked two days before discharge. Results The HAD score of patients descended obviously after a series of psychological therapy and intervention. Conclusion Analyzing the psychology of eyeball extraction patients and doing wall psychological nursing intervention for them in time, can decrease their anxiety.
