摘  要:提出并设计了一种基于光纤智能结构的新型健康监控系统。系统的硬件由光源组、光学系统、光电传感器、监控主机及PC机组成;系统的软件分为监控主机软件和监控计算机软件,监控主机的程序完成光电信号的采集与处理,并负责与PC机通信,进行结构状态分析和创建监控记录。在航空飞行器常用复合材料E51典型试件中,以网状交叉方式埋入特殊传感光纤(间隔为3 cm),构成光纤智能结构,对该结构进行健康监控试验研究,并作数据分析和损伤位置判定。结果表明:该监控系统性能稳定且效果明显,对智能结构多种状态的检测具有实时、有效且可靠的优点,为光纤智能结构的状态监控提供了新方法。A novel health monitoring system based on optical intelligent structure is presented and designed. The hardware of this system consists of light resource group, photoelectric sensors, a monitoring host and a personal computer. The software part of the system consists of the monitoring host software and the monitoring PC software. The software of the monitoring host is responsible for the acquiring and processing of the photoelectric signals and communication with PC. Thus the structural state can be analyzed and the monitoring records would be created. The monitoring experiments are carried out at different locations of a ES1 composites specimen which is commonly used in aircraft with special fiber optics network buried ( space is 3 cm ) to form the optical fiber intelligent structure. Therefore, the experimental data are analyzed and the damage areas are located. The experimental results show that performance of the monitoring system is reliable, its effect is abvions, it has real-time for the state monitoring of intelligent structure. A new way is offered for state monitoring application of special optical fiber intelligent structure.
