新生儿医院感染与护理行为危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新生儿医院感染与护理行为相关危险因素及预防措施。方法:采用回顾性调查,分析引起新生儿医院感染的因素。结果:传统的护理工作程序是造成病室空气污染的主要原因;护士操作的规范性、医务工作者自身的健康、各种侵入性操作、消毒隔离等问题都是造成医院感染的危险因素。结论:新生儿医院感染的发生率与护理工作关系密切,增强感染控制的意识,严格感染管理,可使感染率控制到最低限度。Objective：Analysing the dangerous factors of the newborn＇s hospital infection with the nursing behaviors and preventive measures. Methods： Retrospective investigation was conducted to analyse the factor of the newborn＇ s hospital infection. Results ：The traditional nursing procedure is the main reason of air pollution in the disease room;Standardization of nursing manipulation,self health of medical workers,various invasive operation,disinfection and isolation etc. They were the dangerous factors of the newborn＇s hospital infection.Conclusion：The occurrence rate of the newborn＇s hospital infection and nursing work are closely interrelated, strengthening consciousness in control of infection, infection management strictly, can make the infection rate to the lowest limit.
