摘  要:目的探讨黄芪多糖(APS)对非肥胖糖尿病(NOD)小鼠胰岛白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)表达的影响。方法20只NOD小鼠随机分为APS组和对照组,各10只。APS组小鼠予APS2g/kg/d口服2个月,对照组小鼠予等量生理盐水。比较两组动物的糖尿病发病率、胰岛组织病理和IL-4、IFN-γ表达的变化。结果与对照组相比,APS组NOD鼠1型糖尿病发病率明显下降,发病时间延缓,胰岛组织保持完好,IFN-γ表达下调,IL-4表达上调。结论APS可能有纠正1型糖尿病的细胞因子免疫失衡的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on expression of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and inter feron-γ (IFN-γ) in non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice. Methods 20 NOD mice were randomly divided into the APS group and control group with 10 animals in each group. The mice of the APS group took APS 2 g/kg/d orally for two months. The animals of the control group took same quantity saline. The incidence rate of type 1 diabetes mellitus of two groups was calculated, and pancreatic histopathology was observed with microscope, and expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ were examined with RT-PCR for both APS group and control group. Results The incidence rate of type 1 diabetes mellitus of the APS group was lower than the control group, and histopathology of islets were more protected, expression of IFN-γ was lower and expression of IL-4 was higher in the APS group. Conclusion APS may correct the imbalance of cytokines.
