摘　　要：天津局从来自日本的木质包装材料中截获1种松材线虫近似种。通过形态特征观察和形态测量数据比较以及核糖体内部转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS)的PCR-RFLP分析,鉴定该分离物为豆伞滑刃线虫Bursaphelenchus doui。One isolate, morphologically similar to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, was intercepted in packaging material from Japan. Morphological features, morphological measurements and the rDNA-ITS-PCR-RFLP analysis prove the isolate to be Bursaphelenchus doui, a recently reported species. Data show the isolate, i.e. Bursaphelenchus doui, has little pathogenicity.
