摘　　要：随着市场经济变化,工程量清单计价的实行,"合理低价中标"已成为社会关注的焦点。文章结合当前建筑市场的实际,分析低于成本价中标的弊端,阐述了在当前建设工程采用"合理低价中标"是与国际惯例接轨需要,是顺应了市场法则和生产力发展水平的需要。With the implement of priced bill of quantities, reasonable low bid as bid winner has become the focus. The article combines with the actual condition of the current building market to analyze the penalties of winning the bid lower than cost price and points out that reasonable low bid as bid winner conforms with international practice and caters for market rules and productivity.
