摘　　要：文章通过对工程量清单计价模式下工程计价定额和工程交易价格概念、性质、作用的阐述,进一步探讨了工程交易价格形成过程及其清单计价招投标所起的促进作用,并着重论述了工程计价定额在工程交易价格形成中的地位和作用。After the introduction to the concept, nature and function of pricing norms and engineering deal price, the paper further presents the formation of engineering deal price and the stimulation for it by priced bill of quantities; it mainly elaborates on the status and function of pricing norms to the formation of engineering deal price.
