摘　　要：文章针对某底框商住楼中底层框架出现的梁板裂缝问题,通过工程调查和现场质量抽检,根据裂缝分布特征并结合设计、施工、质量监理及监督等方面剖析裂缝产生原因,指出了一些值得注意的问题,同时采取相应的措施对裂缝进行了有效的加固,加固效果良好。Craeking happens in the beam-and-slab infrastructure of a commercial-residential building. With the results of engineering investigation and the site random inspeetian, the article dissects the eraeking reasons aeeording to eraek distribution from design, eonstruetian and quality supervision. And it then points out questions to be notice and finally introduces the strengthening methods that have proved to be effective.
