摘　　要：文章结合作者个体工程实践经验,对PHC管桩的承载力特性和沉桩施工过程中可能出现的问题进行分析,并提出了相应处理方法,从中得出一些有参考价值的看法和建议。Combining the author＇s engineering experience in a project, the bearing mechanism of the PHC pile as well as the quality deficiencies that may occur in pile sinking are analyzed; solution is thereafter proposed; opinions and suggestions of referential value are brought out.
