关于进一步开展“天窗”修工作的意见

摘　　要：铁路第六次大提速以来,为保障大提速成果,铁道部提出要建立和完善提速固定设备维修保障体系,而"天窗"修工作是维修保障体系的最主要、最重要的内容。根据上海铁路局实施情况,对如何进一步做好"天窗"修工作提出探讨性意见。To ensure the results of the sixth railroad speed-raising program, the MOR demand the estab-lishment and improvement of fixed equipment maintenance guaranty system, of which skylight repair is the most important part. According to the practice of Shanghai railroad bureau, we propose some opinion about how to further improve skylight repair.
