摘　　要：文章对近几十年来关于地方文献收录范围讨论中的各种观点进行梳理分析,从广义论者的观点出发,提出界定地方文献的五个原则。The paper analyzes the various views in the discussions on the collecting scope of local literature for several decades, and puts forward five principles to discern local literature.
