摘　　要：阐述我国信息政策与法规执行保障机制研究的现状与意义,提出了一系列建设的内容、任务与设想。The paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing the guarantee system for the implementation of information policy and roles, introduces the system structure, basic content and function feature, and puts forward a basic way for the establishment of the system.
