奥尼罗非鱼与星洲银罗非鱼染色体组型的比较研究

摘　　要：以奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)和星洲银罗非鱼(Oreochromis sp.)为材料,胸腔注射PHA及秋水仙素溶液,取头肾细胞经空气干燥法制片。经核型分析,奥尼罗非鱼核型公式为2n=44,6sm+28st+10t,NF=50,星洲银罗非鱼核型公式为2n=44,10sm+20st+14t,NF=54。这两种鱼都具有1对特大的染色体,染色体对的相对长度范围也相似,但未发现中部着丝粒染色体对和异型染色体,它们的核型与已报道的亲代相似。The karyotypes of of Oreochromis niloticus O. aureus and Oreochromis sp. were examined in renal tissues by using PHA -injection air drying method. After karyotype analysis the karyotype formula 22n = 44,6sm ＋ 28st ＋ 10t, NF = 50 was for Oreo- chromis niloticus O. aureus and the 2n =44,10sm ＋20st ＋ 14,NF =54 one was for Oreochromis sp. The two fishes both had a large and long chromosome pairs and similar relative length of chromosome pairs , their karyotype formulae were similar to those of their parental generation which had been reported, but no metacentric chromosome pairs and heteromorphic chromosomes were not found in the two fishes.
