摘　　要：目的总结蓝趾综合征的临床诊断及治疗经验。方法2004-01～2007-01我院共收治12例,分别依据临床特殊性表现,多功能周围血管检查仪,彩超确诊。均采取抗凝、溶栓,改善微循环药物治疗。结果除1例因入院时趾端已坏疽,而行截趾术痊愈外,余11例经2～3周药物治疗后,临床症状明显好转。结论蓝趾综合征的及时正确诊断,有效的药物治疗是取得良好临床治疗效果的关键。Objective To summarize the understanding from diagnosis and treatment of Blue Toe Syndrome.Methods The diagnosis and reatment were observed in 12 case with Blue Toe Syndrome admitted from Jan.2004 to Jan.2007 All patients were diagnosed through clinical special syndrome PVL and Color Doppler Flow Imaging.All cases were treated with thrombolysis and anticoagulation drugs.Results 1 case was operated by amputation of toe.11 case which changed in drugs treatment and syndrome were satisfactory.Condusions The outcomes in treatment of Blue Toe syndrome maybe improned with properdingnosis and effective drugs.
