摘 要:目的探讨罗杰斯人本主义学习理论在《护理人际学》教学中的应用效果。方法将罗杰斯人本主义学习理论运用到《护理人际学》教学中,内容包括:制订学习合同,拟定本课程总教学计划,课堂教学,课外教学和教学效果评价。结果94%学生表示罗杰斯人本学习理论教学模式让他们有更多的自由空间去选择学习,92%学生认为自由学习令自己对知识掌握更为容易和记忆深刻。学生理论考核合格率100%,总评80分以上人数占全班人数的89%。沟通能力测验有86%的学生评为良好以上,其中95%的学生学习后的沟通能力明显提高。结论罗杰斯人本主义学习理论的教学模式受到学生的欢迎,可提高学生学习效率和促进教师自身素质的不断完善与发展。Objective To explore the effect of Rodgers People-oriented Learning Theory on teaching of Nursing Interpersonal Commtmieation Principles. Method The Rodgers People-oriented Learning Theory was used in teaching of Nursing Interpersonal Commtmieation Principles, the contains including regulating learning contracts, working out a general teaching plan of the course, in-class teaching, out-class teaching and assessment of teaching effect. Results 94% of the students admitted the free teaching mode allowed them more freedom for their learning selection, 92% thought the mode allowed them a easy access to mastering and remembering knowledge. 100% passed the exam on theory and those gaining over 80 scores accounted for 89% in the class. 86% of them were tested to have good communication ability and 95% of them believed their communication ability was obviously improved after learning in the mode than before learning. Conclusions Rodgers People-oriented Learning Theory on teaching of Nursing Interpersonal Communication Principles is popular with the students. Their learning efficiency may be enhaneed and the self quality of teachers may be perfected and developed consistently.
