形象化教育对纤维支气管镜检查患者恐惧的影响

摘  要:目的探讨形象化教育对纤维支气管镜检查患者恐惧的影响。方法采用随机方法将120例纤维支气管镜检查患者分为两组,每组各60例,对照组采用口头文字教育法,实验组采用形象化教育法,检查前后评估患者的恐惧程度,检查过程中评估患者的耐受情况,比较两组患者恐惧程度及耐受程度。结果实验组患者的耐受程度明显高于对照组,X^2= 17.185,P<0.01;患者术后恐惧程度实验组较对照组低,X^2=5.236,P<0.05。结论形象化教育法可减轻或消除纤维支气管镜检查患者的恐惧心理,提高患者对检查的耐受性及依从性。Objective To explore the effect of visualization education on patient's fear of bronchofiberscopy. Methods 120 patients undergoing bronchofiberscopy were divided randomly into two groups ( n = 60). The control group received oral education on bronchofiberscopy, but the experiment group received visualization education on it. The degrees of fear and the tolerance were investigated before health education and after bronchofiberscopy. A comparison was done concerning fear degree and tolerance. Results The fear degree in the experiment group was significantly decreased as compared with control group (x^2 = 17. 185, P 〈0.01 ). The tolerance degree in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group (x^2 = 5. 236, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Visualization education can attenuate or eliminate the fear of patients undergoing bronchofiberscopy, improve the tolerance and the compliance of patients with bronchofiberscopy.
