玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能的调节作用。方法将小鼠随机分为正常组、Cy(环磷酰胺)模型组、玉丹荣心丸组、玉丹荣心颗粒组,分别观察玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致迟发性超敏反应、鸡红细胞(CRBC)致敏小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果玉丹荣心颗粒与Cy模型组相比,巨噬细胞吞噬能力提高(P<0.01),DNCB所致迟发性超敏反应增强(P<0.01),血清溶血素抗体水平增加(P<0.01)。结论玉丹荣心颗粒可在一定程度上增强Cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能。Objective To investigate the influence of Yudan Rongxin Keli on immunoregulation in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into the normal group, cyclophosphamide （Cy） model group, Yudan Rongxin Pill group and Yudan Rongxin Keli group. The effects of Yudan Rongxin Keli on the phagocytosis of macrophage in mouse abdomen, delayed-type hypersensitivity （DTH） induced by dinitrochlorobenzene （NDCB）, and generation of hemolysin antibody induced by chicken red blood cell （CRBC） were observed respectively. Result Compare with the Cy model group, the phagocytosis of macrophage in Yudan Rongxin Keli group was promoted （P〈0.01）, DTH induced by DNCB was enhanced （P〈0.01） and the level of hemolysin antibody was increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yudan Rongxn Keli has the promotive effect on nonspecific and specific immunity in mice with hypoimmunity induced by Cy.
