PGE_1对糖尿病肾病血清黏附因子和Ⅳ型胶原的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)对早期糖尿病肾病血清黏附因子(sICAM-1)和Ⅳ型胶原(C-IV)的影响。方法对136例早期糖尿病肾病,在常规治疗基础上,加用PGE110μg+生理盐水100 ml,每日1次,静脉注射,连续14 d。观察治疗前后sICAM-1和C-IV的变化,并与对照组比较。结果治疗后s ICAM-1、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、C-IV的水平与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论PGE1可有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者sICAM-1和C-IV。从而起到改善和保护肾脏功能的作用。Objective To explore the effect of prostaglandin El （PGEI） on serum intercellular adhesive molecule-I（SICAM-1） and collagen Type-IV（C-IV） in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 136 cars of early diabetic nephropathy were treated with 10/,g of PGEI and 100ml of normal .saline once a day for 14 days as well as the routine treatment. The Changes of SICAM-1 and C-IV were observed and compared with the contrast group. Results There existed significant difference in the levels of SICAM-I, C-IV and urinary ablumin excretion rate（UAER） between the two groups（ P 〈C0.01, P 〈0.05）.
