摘　　要：列车客站票务管理系统是随着互联网的发展和计算机技术的成熟而出现的网络化客运信息集成环境。本文在系统分析与设计的基础上着重阐述了系统分析与功能模块、数据库的创建、客户端设计等内容。通过这个平台，客票销售和日常管理工作得以改善．旅客可享受更便利更快捷的客运服务。对于完善售票网络、提高服务质量都有十分重要的意义：The ticket clerk management system of Passenger train is the ticket affair environment, which comes forth with the development of Internet and computer technology. The main body of this thesis includes systematic function moduleon;the data base establishing;the course of designs a customer .By this platform, ticket agents and traffic service supplied vendors can share ticket data; can enhance ticket selling and everyday management, so passengers can get quick and convenient services. Construct of this platform will influence the whole trade of passenger transport.
