摘　　要：介绍了SIP软电话以及Windows Mobile 5.0开发的基本方法,提出了一种基于Windows Mobile 5.0的SIP软电话的具体实现方案,包括开发环境搭建、软电话结构、软电话信令、语音采集、编解码等。最后对该软电话终端的服务质量(QoS)进行了一系列测试和分析。The paper introduces the basic designing methods of SIP Soft Phone and windows mobile 5.0 platform, and presents a detail realization method of SIP Soft Phone Based on Windows Mobile 5.0 Platform. The method includes the development environment built, Soft phone structure, Soft phone Message, speech collection, coder-decoder and so on. Test and analyze the QoS of the Software in the end.
