多排螺旋CT及其重建技术在外伤性髋关节脱位中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT及其重建技术在外伤性髋关节脱位中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:分析28例外伤后临床怀疑髋关节脱位的患者MDCT的轴位描图像以及多平面重建、三维重建立体图像的CT表现,并与手术结果相对照。结果:MDCT及其重建技术对外伤性髋关节脱位不仅诊断快速正确、术前分型准确、显示骨折及骨碎片精确,而且为临床医师提供了多方位、多角度的立体直观图像,对手术方案的制订、良好的预后都起着非常重要的作用。结论:MDCT及其强大的后处理功能在外伤性髋关节脱位的诊断中具有极高的临床价值,并日益成为最常用的首选检查方法。To study rite clinical application value of MDCT and reconstruction in the traumatic hip joint dislocation. Materials and Methods： Anlyzcd the MDCT finding on axial, multiplanar and 3D images of 28 patients with the traumatic hip joint dislocation. Results： In the traumatic hip joint dislocation the MDCT and reeonstruction not only accuracy judgement in the preperative classification, display the complex acetabular fraetures, but also give the surgeons the very lifelike 3D images. Conclusion： The MDCT and multiplanr and 3D images have very great value and advantage in diagnosis in the traumatic hip joint dislocation.
