摘　　要：我国高新技术产业开发园区内部最突出的缺陷是缺少一种支持园区创新的系统性安排,知识联盟是高新技术产业开发园区创新系统中知识流动的有效组织模式。从知识联盟的角度出发,对区内的创新问题进行系统研究,设计一种适合我国高新技术产业开发园区知识联盟构建的模式,以期为增强我国高新技术开发园区的创新能力提供一种新的解决方案。China＇s hi-tech industrial zone lacks a systematic arrangement to support its innovation. Intellectual alliance is an effective organization of the innovation system of the hi-tech industrial zone. In terms of the intelleclual alliance, this paper aims at exploring the zone＇s innovation and suggesting a new mode to construct an intellectual alliance in the hi-tech industrial zone to improve its innovation ability.
