针灸联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者应用克罗米酚促排卵疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法60例BMI≥25kg/m2的PCOS患者,分为二甲双胍组和针灸组,比较两组治疗前后人体体征、临床血清学指标及应用克罗米酚促排卵的疗效及妊娠情况。结果两组治疗后BMI下降明显(P<0.05),睾酮、胰岛素、血糖、HORM-IR有所下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);多毛、痤疮也有所改善(P>0.05),针灸组较二甲双胍组各项指标改善显著,针灸组30例患者3个月内BMI均≤25kg/m2。结论两组均达到降低BMI的效果,改善高雄激素症状及胰岛素抵抗,患者的排卵率增加,妊娠率也得到提高,针灸联合治疗组疗效更为显著。Objective To study of treatment with compoud acupuncture-mefformin on the outcome of ovulation induction with chloramiphene in the patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods 60 cases with BMI≥25kg/m^2 were recruited 30 received acupuncture and the other 30 received metformin. The BMI, the index of clinical orrhology, outcome of ovulation induction and the rat of pregnancy were measured before and aftere the treatment.Results The PCOS patients in two groups had obviously decrease in BMI （P〈0.05）,and had slightly decrease in Testosterone, Insulin, Blood glucose and HORM-IR （P〉0.05）.After treatment, The rates of decreast in acupuncture were higher than those in metformi group .BMI was all lower than 25 kg/m^2 in acupuncture groups.Conclusion The insulin resistance and the symptom of high androgen were improved in two groups,BMI of 60 patients was all decreased,the rats of ovulation induction and pregnancy were increased in two groups,and it was more significant in acupuncture groups.
