摘　　要：探讨对海运合同下货物交付的认定标准,结合实践以及相关法律的基本制度和原理,论述各项认定标准的内涵以及适用条件,并结合认定标准,对中国实务中的存在争议的交付认定进行分析。The thesis puts forward the criteria for identification of delivery of goods under the contract of carriage by sea. Based on the legal theories of maritime law and contract law, as well as the shipping practice, the thesis makes a further analysis on the legal meanings and application conditions of each criterion. With such criteria, discussions are made regarding the identification of delivery on certain special practices in Chinese ports.
