摘　　要：通过对湖南省的基本农田保护现状以及基本农田调整的调查与分析,找出了基本农田保护过程中存在的具有代表性的几点问题,就如何合理有效的保护好基本农田提出了几点对策。Has there exists have representativeness almost burning problem in investigation and analysis adjusting by the fact that the basic farmland to the Hunan province protects current situation and basic farmland,brought forward several countermeasures.
