摘　　要：提出了基于RS和GIS的建设用地集约利用研究的技术路线,通过遥感资料的解译建立土地利用现状数据库,构建了一套城镇建设用地土地集约利用综合评定的评价指标体系,并对曲阜市城区与农村居民点建设用地集约程度作了定量研究。Proposed uses the intensive use research technique route based on RS and the GIS construction,translates the establishment land utilization present situation database through the remote sensing material solution,has constructed set of cities constructions with the farmland intensive the appraisal target system which evaluates using the synthesis,and used the intensive degree to the Qufu city and the countryside residential area construction to do the quantitative investigation.
