摘　　要：本文在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,以具有典型代表的珠江三角洲为例,从人口、社会、经济方面对出现"民工荒"现象进行了理论分析。同时也阐述了"民工荒"对区域经济发展的可能影响。On the basis of the relevant research results, taking the typical Pearl River Triangle Area as example, this paper makes theoretic analysis of lack of migrant workers from the perspectives of population, society and economy and demonstrates the influence of lack of migrant laborers on the development of regional economy.
