摘　　要：目的:为了验证心房钠尿肽(ANP)能神经是否从第三脑室前腹侧区(AV3V)投射到血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)升压系统。方法:用脑内微量注射药物,观察动脉血压和心率变化的方法。结果:(1)心房钠尿肽(APeⅢ)分别注入穹窿下器(SFO),外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区(LH/PF),室旁核(NPV)和延髓头端腹外侧区(RVL)后,引起血压下降。(2)在SFO,双侧的LH/PF,NPV和RVL预注射A71915(一种心房钠尿肽Ⅲ的抑制剂),产生谷氨酸兴奋AV3V的相反效应。结论:刺激AV3V的心房钠尿肽能神经,可分别在LH/PF-SFO-NPV-RVL的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)升压系统引起降压效应。A71915注入以上核团可反转AV3V的降压效应。Objective： To study was to examine whether ANP ergic projections from the AV3V could act upon nuclei involved in the AⅡ pressor system. Method：Intrabrain microinjection of drugs,observation the changes in arterial blood pressure and heart rate were used. Results： （1） Atriopeptin Ⅲ-injection into either the LH/PF, SFO, NPV or RVL induced a depressor response, （2） Preinjection of A71915 （an atriopeptin Ⅲ antagonist） into either bilateral LH/PF, SFO, bilateral NPV or RVL reversed the depressor response of the AV3V to glutamate. Conclusion：The results indicate that excitation of atriopeptinergic neurons in the AV3V produces an inhibitory effect on each nucleus in the LH/PF-SFO-NPV-RVL AⅡ pressor system. A71915 injection into any one of these nuclei can reverse the AV3V depressor response.
