摘  要:漫湾水电站发电压力钢管HD值达957.6m2,而下弯段及平段的混凝土覆盖厚度仅2.95m,因此决定设置弹性垫层来解决结构问题。通过大量的有限元计算确定了垫层的厚度、弹模,控制管内水压力的外传比例。通过试验选择EPS泡沫板作为垫层材料。投产运行3年来,压力钢管运行正常,管顶混凝土未发现裂缝,说明设计是成功的。The HD of power penstock in Manwan Hydropower Station is 957 6 m 2 but thickness of concrete cover in the lower bend section and lower horizontal section is only 2 95 m,so that it is decided to set a elastic cushion to solve the structural question.Based on finite element calculation,the cushion thickness,elastic modulus,etc.have been determined.Through various tests,EPS foamed plate has selected as cushion material.Since it has been put into operation for three years,the penstock has operated normally and no crack occurs in the concrete covering the penstock,which shows the design is successful and has certain valuable to similar projects for reference.
